My rates for language services
My usual rate for translation for non-South African clients is EUR 0.09 per word or USD 0.12 per word. I accept payment in most currencies.

General translation rates
The table below details my usual rates for translation (including back-translation, and software and web site translation), between English and Afrikaans.

Revision rates (incl editing, proofreading)
Different clients prefer to pay for revision using different rates. Some clients pay per hour, others pay per source word. The rate for revision also depends on the nature of the job -- whether it is PDF proof reading, proofreading of translations, or editing.

Methods of payment accepted
I am flexible when it comes to methods of payment, although I prefer Moneybookers.com. Different clients pay at different cycles, and I believe a translator should be flexible enough to allow for that.
